SELECTION & MERIT
Participation in the UpskillBay Lab is a privilege. Entry is strictly merit-based, determined by your application and cohort capacity.
EXPERIENCE MODEL
We provide the infrastructure, tools, and project leads for your development. In return, you commit to professional-grade execution and reliable contribution to your assigned cohort.
PRODUCTION INTEGRITY
You will be working in simulated or live industry environments. Any negligent actions that compromise data or internal security will result in immediate termination of your Fellow status.
IP & OWNERSHIP
For general Lab tracks, work produced is property of the project sponsor or Lab. Founder Track participants retain full ownership of their startup IP upon successful cycle completion.
CONFIDENTIALITY
You will encounter proprietary business logic and internal blueprints. Maintaining absolute confidentiality is a non-negotiable requirement of being an UpskillBay Fellow.
COHORT TERMINATION
Failure to meet sprint deadlines, maintain communication, or adhere to quality standards may result in immediate removal from the cohort to make room for other high-potential talent.
