We started UpSkillBay to solve a simple problem we faced ourselves: proving what you know in a market full of noise.
After years in India's tech industry, we saw a widening gap between paper qualifications and real-world skills. Resumes felt inflated, interviews felt like guesswork, and talented people were getting overlooked. The system for signaling professional credibility was broken.
Our goal is to build a quiet, credible alternative. A system where ability, not just articulation, defines professional worth.
